Herculaneum not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since October 1st (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Grandview Eagles 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Black Cats also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Herculaneum not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Grandview between 14 and 17 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-15, 25-17.

Abbigale Pruitt paced Herculaneum's offense, picking up nine kills. Pruitt got some help from Macy Pope and her nine assists. Pruitt was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

Herculaneum's victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 7-15-5. As for Grandview, they are on a ten-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

Herculaneum wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against DeSoto on the 14th. As for Grandview, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against St. Paul Lutheran on the 14th.
