Basketball Recap: Early Comes Up Short

Early and Clyde squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Early had to settle for second. They fell 51-42 to the Clyde Bulldogs. The Longhorns have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Early's defeat dropped their record down to 19-14. As for Clyde, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Early nor Clyde have any future games scheduled.
