Basketball Recap: Kaplan Takes a Loss

Kaplan lost against Lake Arthur back in November, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Kaplan Pirates fell 61-48 to the Lake Arthur Tigers. The Pirates have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kaplan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Lake Arthur, the win snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-9 record.

Kaplan and Bell City will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. As for Lake Arthur, they won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Grand Lake at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
