Soccer Game Preview: Willows vs. Winters

Willows hasn't had much luck against Winters recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Honkers will head out to face off against the Warriors at 3:30 p.m.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Willows turned things around against Williams on Thursday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Willows' first draw of the season.

Santiago Reynoso and Humberto Medina scored all three of Willows' goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Meanwhile, Winters didn't have quite enough to beat Pierce on Tuesday and fell 2-1.

Willows' draw makes their record 3-8-1 this season. As for Winters, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-2-1.

Willows might still be hurting after the 5-0 loss they got from Winters in their previous matchup back in February of 2025. Can the Honkers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
