Soccer Recap: Thomas A. Edison Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Carver High School of Engineering & Science, Thomas A. Edison was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They came out on top against the South Philadelphia Rams by a score of 3-1. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Thomas A. Edison were the better team in the second half.

The win got Thomas A. Edison back to even at 2-2. As for South Philadelphia, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Thomas A. Edison will welcome Franklin Learning Center at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. This will be Thomas A. Edison's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for South Philadelphia, they will face off against Academy at Palumbo at 1:30 p.m. on Monday. Academy at Palumbo will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something South Philadelphia surely won't give up without a fight.
