Soccer Recap: Hayden Comes Up Short

Hayden fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Spring Hill on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Broncos by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty eight goals in the game before, Hayden's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Hayden now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Spring Hill, the win was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hayden will host Piper on Monday. As for Spring Hill, they will square off against Lansing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Spring Hill are facing Lansing at the right time seeing as Lansing are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
