Volleyball Game Preview: Rockwall-Heath Hawks vs. Royse City Bulldogs

The Rockwall-Heath Hawks will take on the Royse City Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Tuesday, Rockwall-Heath came up short against Rockwall and fell 3-1. The Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 23-25, 25-16, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Royse City also suffered a loss in their last game, falling to Tyler Legacy by a score of 3-1.

Royse City was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Tyler Legacy work for it, especially in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 14-25, 29-27, 25-19.

Royse City's loss dropped their record down to 23-16. As for Rockwall-Heath, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-11.

Everything went Rockwall-Heath's way against Royse City in their previous matchup back in September, as Rockwall-Heath made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Hawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
