Soccer Recap: Andrada Polytechnic Comes Up Short

Andrada Polytechnic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Safford Bulldogs. If the Mavericks were looking for revenge after losing 8-0 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Andrada Polytechnic's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Safford, they moved to 2-5 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.

Andrada Polytechnic will welcome Palo Verde at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Safford, they will head out to challenge Desert View at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Desert View is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.1 goals per game this season.
