Baseball Recap: Suttons Bay Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Glen Lake, Suttons Bay was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Frankfort Panthers 5-4. The Norsemen's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Shane O'Boyle was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 12 over 5.2 innings pitched. O'Boyle was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run. That hit was his first of the season.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jackson Loucks, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. Those runs marked the first that he has scored this season.
