Basketball Recap: Eight Straight Home Wins for Kimberly

Kimberly entered their tilt with Oshkosh West on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 66-54 victory over the Oshkosh West Wildcats. The Papermakers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Kimberly pushed their record up to 3-3 with the win, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.5 points per game. As for Oshkosh West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-4.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Kimberly will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Bay Port at 6:35 p.m. on December 28th. One thing working in Bay Port's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. Oshkosh West and Watertown will round out the year against one another at at 4:15 p.m. on Friday.
