 Bear River entered their tilt with Green Canyon with five consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with six. They skirted past the Green Canyon Wolves  4-2. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Bear River also won the last time the pair played  last Wednesday.
  Holden Potter spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered two  runs (both of which were unearned)  on five hits and racked up six Ks.
 At the plate,  the team  relied heavily on  Degan Rigby, who  got on base  in all four of his plate appearances with a  home run.  Thomas Summers was another key contributor,  going 1-for-2 with a  home run and two  RBI.
 Bear River pushed their record up to 7-3 with that  win, which was their fourth straight  on the road. As for Green Canyon, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-6.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bear River will  face off against Mountain Crest at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Mountain Crest will be hoping to continue their four-game streak of scoring more  runs each  game than the last. As for Green Canyon, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Ridgeline at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday.
