Volleyball Recap: Danville Takes a Loss

Danville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the West Liberty Comets. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Comets this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 two weeks ago.

Danville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for West Liberty, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5.

Danville wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Kennedy on the 20th. As for West Liberty, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Muscatine on the 20th.
