It was a good run, but Janesville Craig unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Tuesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 59-58 to the Middleton Cardinals. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Thursday (55), the Cougars still had to take the loss.

Janesville Craig's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-7. As for Middleton, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-7.

Janesville Craig will host Sun Prairie West at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Sun Prairie West's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season. As for Middleton, they are taking a road trip to face off against Madison West at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Madison West knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past 18 matches -- so hopefully Middleton likes a good challenge.
