Brookwood piles up the points against Holt

Recap: Brookwood Panthers vs. Holt Ironmen
The Brookwood Panthers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 67-30 win over Holt at home. The win was a breath of fresh air for Brookwood as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Joseph Mayo was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 17 points. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleb Wise, who scored nine points.
Brookwood's victory bumped their record up to 3-10. As for Holt, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 2-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Brookwood will take on Hueytown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hueytown has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Holt, they will head out on the road to face off against West Blocton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. West Blocton is coming into the match on a three-game losing streak.
