Soccer Recap: North Gwinnett Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact North Gwinnett can now relate to. They fell just short of the Lambert Longhorns by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. One thing that sure didn't help North Gwinnett was the trouble they got from the refs, as Sebastian VANDEPLAS and Anderson ULRICH were both handed red cards.

North Gwinnett's goal came courtesy of Daris MUSTIC, who's now up to 12 this season.

North Gwinnett has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season. As for Lambert, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

As of now, neither North Gwinnett nor the Longhorns have any future games scheduled.
