Volleyball Game Preview: Islamic Foundation Chargers vs. Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family

Islamic Foundation and Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family are an even 3-3 against one another since April of 2022, but not for long. The Chargers will be playing at home against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Islamic Foundation is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Christ the King just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of the Gladiators by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to Trinity Oaks Christian Academy.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-18.

Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Islamic Foundation, their loss dropped their record down to 12-3.

Islamic Foundation beat Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family 2-0 when the teams last played back in April. Will the Chargers repeat their success, or do Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
