After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tournament Opponent, Tatum was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They came out on top against the Floyd Broncos by a score of 47-38. The Coyotes' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Floyd still got an impressive performance from Issak Bustamante, who posted 16 points. The dominant performance gave Bustamante a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of David Melendez, who earned seven points.

The victory got Tatum back to even at 2-2. As for Floyd, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Tatum wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 47-30 loss against New Mexico Military Institute on the 10th. As for Floyd, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hagerman at 10:00 a.m.
