There's no place like home for Nebraska Lutheran, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the East Butler Tigers on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Knights not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 9th (when they won 3-0).

Nebraska Lutheran never let East Butler on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-19, 25-20.

Samantha Hueske paced Nebraska Lutheran's offense, picking up 13 kills. Hueske got some help from Autumn Malchow and her 22 assists. Hueske was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Nebraska Lutheran's record is now 5-15. As for East Butler, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-17.

Looking ahead, Nebraska Lutheran will host Lawrence-Nelson on Tuesday. As for East Butler, they will head out to square off against Bruning-Davenport/Shickley at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
