Softball Recap: Skyline Takes a Loss

Skyline fell victim to Scottsboro and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 7-0 to the Wildcats. The Vikings have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Skyline's defeat dropped their record down to 10-24-1. As for Scottsboro, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 27-15-1 record this season.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 6-4 victory against Sardis on the 24th. As for Scottsboro, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, an 11-1 win against Ider on the 25th.
