Vern Gilley-Amdal put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in April of 2024 on Tuesday. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances.
