Basketball Recap: Sunrise Mountain Miners vs. Green Valley Gators
Sunrise Mountain was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost to the Green Valley Gators at home by a 59-43 margin. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Miners this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 69-35 back in December of 2024.

Sunrise Mountain lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brice Wilson, who went 5 of 8 en route to 14 points. That's the most points Wilson has posted since back in January of 2024. David Mosley was another key player, putting up four points and eight boards.
