Volleyball Game Preview: Public Safety Academy Phoenix vs. Indian Springs COYOTES

The Public Safety Academy Phoenix are taking a road trip to challenge the Indian Springs COYOTES at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Public Safety Academy is coming into the game on a three-game losing streak.

Two weeks ago, Public Safety Academy came up short against Palm Valley and fell 3-1.

Public Safety Academy started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 24-26, 25-17, 25-17, 25-23.

Meanwhile, Indian Springs posted their closest win since April 2, 2024 on Monday. They had just enough and edged out Arroyo Valley 3-2. The victory continues a trend for the COYOTES in their matchups with the Hawks: they've now won three in a row.

Indian Springs wouldn't go down easily and took Arroyo Valley into a fifth set where they got it done with a nine-point win. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-20, 19-25, 23-25, 15-6.

Public Safety Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Indian Springs, their win bumped their record up to 5-13.

Public Safety Academy suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Indian Springs in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can Public Safety Academy avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
