Volleyball Recap: Tallassee Tigers vs. Prattville Christian Academy Panthers

Tallassee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the Prattville Christian Academy Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Tigers of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2019.

After all that action, the final score was 25-10, 25-8, 25-6.

Baylee Rogers had an outrageously good game for Prattville Christian Academy as she had eight aces and three digs. Rogers is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted ten or more in the last 39 games she's played dating back to last season. Natalee Wheeler was another key player, getting five digs and four aces.

Tallassee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Prattville Christian Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Tallassee will challenge Beauregard at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Prattville Christian Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss vs. Spanish Fort on the 13th.
