Volleyball Recap: Carrboro Takes a Loss

Carrboro lost against Falls Lake back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Jaguars came up short against the Firebirds, falling 3-0. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carrboro took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-13, 25-15.

Carrboro's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Falls Lake, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Carrboro is set to square off against their familiar foe Riverside-Durham at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Falls Lake will take on rival Enloe at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
