Softball Recap: Warroad Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Warroad's offense. They came up short against the Roseau Rams on Tuesday, falling 9-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Rams: they've now lost nine in a row.

Warroad's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Roseau, they are on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season.

Warroad will head out on the road to take on Park Rapids at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Roseau, they will be playing at home against Wadena-Deer Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolverines' pitching crew has only allowed 2.5 runs per game this season, so the Rams' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
