The Fayette Academy Vikings had to hit the road for their first game and sadly it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They suffered a tough 10-1 loss at the hands of Brighton on Monday. Fayette Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Fayette Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on University School of Jackson at 5:30 p.m. on March 18th. As for Brighton, they will head out on the road to challenge Bolton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
