Softball Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

After soaring to ten runs the game before, Franklin was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They lost 12-2 to the Eagle Rock Eagles. The Panthers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Eagles from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Eagle Rock, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 7-5.

Coincidentally, Franklin and Eagle Rock will both be playing Lincoln the next time they take the field. The Eagles will head out to face the Tigers at 2:15 p.m. on the 21st, while the Panthers will head out to face them at 2:15 p.m. on the 23rd.
