Everything went their way against the Martinsville Artesians on Saturday as the Seymour Owls made off with a 55-30 victory. That looming 55-30 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Owls yet this season.

When it comes to explaining why Martinsville lost, don't look at Grady Gardner. Despite the final result, he went 5 of 12 en route to 17 points. The contest was Gardner's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Zhane Capshaw, who posted two points and seven rebounds.
