 The Seaford Bluejays will be playing at home against the McKean Highlanders at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. The timing is sure in Seaford's favor as the  squad sits on seven straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while McKean has been banged up by 13 consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
 Seaford will roll into the  contest after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two  runs  on Thursday, then bounced right back against ASPIRA Charter  on Monday. Seaford put the hurt on ASPIRA Charter with a sharp  12-1 victory.
  Colin Hignutt made a big impact no matter where he played. On the mound, he  tossed 1.2 innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Hignutt was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  Luke Metzner was  incredible,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.  Elijah Solomon was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in two of his three plate appearances.
 McKean lost  12-1 to Mount Pleasant on Saturday.
 The  win  got Seaford back to even at 6-6. As for McKean, their loss dropped their record down to 1-10.
 Seaford took their  victory against McKean  in their previous meeting  back in April of 2021 by a conclusive  14-0. Will Seaford repeat their success,  or does  McKean have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
