Baseball Recap: Ravenswood Red Devils vs. Calhoun Red Devils
After only two runs in their last contest, Ravenswood made sure to put some runs up on the board against Calhoun on Wednesday. Ravenswood came out on top in a nail-biter against Calhoun, sneaking past 12-11. Considering Ravenswood's hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Evan Swain was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, two runs, and two doubles. Ravenswood is 6-1 when Swain posts two or more runs, but 3-7 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Ralphie Rhodes, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
