West Seattle will square off against the Seattle Prep Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. West Seattle will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
The home team had come away the winner the last four times West Seattle and Ingraham had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. West Seattle was the clear victor by an 18-2 margin over Ingraham on Tuesday. The result was nothing new for West Seattle, who have now won seven games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Lucy Malloy made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Malloy was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those four hits gave her a new career-high.
West Seattle hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in three consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, Seattle Prep posted their closest win since April 29, 2025 on Thursday. They skirted past Eastside Catholic 9-7.
Noelle Boyd was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI. Those stolen bases marked the first that she has snagged this season. Another player making a difference was Hayden Downer, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.
West Seattle's victory bumped their record up to 7-4. As for Seattle Prep, their win bumped their record up to 4-11.
Seattle Prep's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Wednesday. West Seattle has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.2 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Seattle Prep, though, as they've been averaging only 2.3 strikeouts. Will West Seattle keep running through batters, or will Seattle Prep buck the trend?
