Softball Recap: Garrett Railroaders vs. Hamilton Marines

While Garrett put up plenty of runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Hamilton. The Railroaders blew past the Marines 15-0. The Railroaders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by 11 runs or more this season.

Remi Winebrenner was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with three doubles, two RBI, and one run. Those three doubles gave her a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Peyton Grindstaff, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three stolen bases and four runs. Another player making a difference was Addy Work, who went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.
