Ethann Burkett was his usual excellent self, scoring 18 points along with two steals for NCSSM: Durham. Burkett hasn't dropped below two steals for five straight games. Another player making a difference was Kelcey Robinson, who scored four points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
Raleigh Charter's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9. As for NCSSM: Durham, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
Coincidentally, the pair will both be playing Franklin Academy the next time they take the court. Raleigh Charter will host Franklin Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while NCSSM: Durham will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
