Volleyball Game Preview: Manitowoc Lutheran Lancers vs. Valders Vikings + How To Watch

Manitowoc Lutheran has won six straight games at home, while Valders has won six straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Thursday. The Lancers will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Manitowoc Lutheran will be strutting in after a win while Valders will be coming in after a loss.

On Saturday, Manitowoc Lutheran got the win against Sheboygan Christian by a conclusive 3-0.

Meanwhile, Valders didn't have quite enough to beat Sheboygan Falls on Tuesday and fell 3-2.

Valders wouldn't go down easily and took Sheboygan Falls into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking nine-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-20, 25-21, 19-25, 15-6.

Valders' defeat dropped their record down to 21-10. As for Manitowoc Lutheran, their victory bumped their record up to 24-8.

Manitowoc Lutheran skirted past Valders 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Will the Lancers repeat their success, or do the Vikings have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
