Volleyball Recap: Gateway Comes Up Short

Gateway was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Regis Groff Fusion, falling 3-0. The Olympians were not able to make up for their defeat to the Fusion from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-14, 25-18.

Gateway's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Regis Groff, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Gateway will face off against Alameda at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Regis Groff, they will challenge Montbello at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
