Soccer Recap: Blue Valley North Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Blue Valley North after they claimed the first goal on Tuesday, however, they wouldn't score again. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saint Thomas Aquinas Saints. Blue Valley North haven't had much luck with Saint Thomas Aquinas recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Blue Valley North's loss dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Saint Thomas Aquinas, the win got them back to even at 5-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Blue Valley North will take on rival Bishop Miege at 7:15 p.m. on the 9th. Meanwhile, Saint Thomas Aquinas is set to square off against their familiar foe Blue Valley Northwest at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
