Volleyball Recap: Rockford Auburn Takes a Loss

Rockford Auburn lost against Highland Park on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights fell 2-0 to the Giants. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Abraham Albino paced Rockford Auburn's offense, picking up seven kills. Albino got some help from Conner Hawkins and his 15 assists.

Rockford Auburn now has a losing record of 16-17. As for Highland Park, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season.

Rockford Auburn didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Guilford on the 13th. As for Highland Park, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Maine West on the 14th.
