Soccer Game Preview: Holdrege vs. Kearney Catholic

Holdrege is 0-10 against Kearney Catholic since May of 2018 but things could change on Monday. The Dusters will be playing at home against the Stars at 4:30 p.m.

Holdrege's tournament run continued when they took on Gering on Saturday. The Dusters fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Kearney Catholic kept a clean sheet against Scottsbluff on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Bearcats. Given Kearney Catholic's advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked tenth, while Scottsbluff are ranked 43rd) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Holdrege's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Kearney Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 14-0.
