Soccer Recap: Waterloo Takes a Loss

After flying high against Aquinas on Friday, Waterloo came back down to earth. The Vikings came up short against the Crestwood Red Devils on Monday, falling 6-1. Waterloo haven't had much luck with Crestwood recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Waterloo's goal came courtesy of Matt Wolfe, who's now up to two this season.

Waterloo's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Waterloo will be playing in front of their home fans against Memorial at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The contest will give Waterloo their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Crestwood, they will square off against Streetsboro at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
