Volleyball Recap: Western Brown Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Western Brown lost against Taylor back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Broncos fell just short of the Yellowjackets by a score of 2-1.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, Western Brown sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The final score came out to 25-23, 21-25, 25-6.

Taylor found their leader in sophomore Emma King, who had nine digs and two assists.

Western Brown's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Taylor, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Western Brown has already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Fairfield on the 19th. As for Taylor, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Colerain on the 19th.
