Softball Recap: Dickinson Drops Highest Score of Season Against MOT Charter

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dickinson). They put the hurt on the MOT Charter Mustangs with a sharp 24-11 win on Monday. Considering the Rams have won three contests by more than 12 runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Dickinson has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.6 runs over those games. As for MOT Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dickinson will face off against McKean at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MOT Charter, they will challenge First State Military Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
