10. Logan Loya — St. John Bosco (Bellflower)
The 6-foot, 185-pound incoming senior transferred from Orange Lutheran, where he caught 73 passes last season for 1,057 yards and 11 touchdowns. Now with the nation's top-rated quarterback, DJ Uiagalelei, throwing his direction, Loya's protection should grow, though the Braves have plenty of weapons. Rated the 57th top 2020 recruit overall in the state, Loya has 13 offers including Oregon, UCLA and Arizona State.

9. Traeshon Holden — Narbonne (Harbor City)
The 6-3, 195-pound rising senior has 22 college offers, though he has already committed to Alabama. He's long and physical and should be the top target for one of the state's top teams and quarterbacks in junior Jacob Garcia. Born in Florida, Holden, the No. 40 rated receiver in the country, was a top target at St. Frances Academy (Baltimore) last season.

8. John Humphreys — Corona del Mar (Newport Beach)
The 6-5, 205-pound incoming senior is one of the most productive athletes in the state. The Stanford commit hauled in 103 passes last season for 1,783 yards and 28 touchdowns, a season after catching 55 balls for 1,100 yards and 16 TDs. He's also a two-year starter on the Sea Kings' basketball team, averaging 14 points per game. Ranked the 27th best wide receiver in the country, Humphreys "has great hands and body control," said a 247Sports evaluation. "Consistently wins 50-50 balls. Speed is above-average but will sneak behind the secondary to get separation."

7. Jalen McMillan — San Joaquin Memorial (Fresno)
The 6-3, 195-pound rising senior has put up spectacular numbers the last two seasons, with 151 catches for 3,211 yards and 40 touchdowns as the Panthers have gone 25-4 in that span. Ranked the 45th top recruit overall nationally in the 2020 class, McMillan has 25 offers but has already committed to Washington.


6. Elijhah Badger — Folsom
The 6-1, 185-pound incoming senior will likely get even more targets following the graduation of current Clemson freshman Joe Ngata. In two seasons, the fluid and explosive receiver had a combined 104 catches for 2,012 yards and 32 touchdowns. He has 18 college offers, but seems to be leaning toward Arizona State, Michigan, Oregon or USC. 5. Kris Hutson — St. John Bosco (Bellflower)
The speedy 5-11, 170-pound Hutson gives the Braves another game-breaking threat in addition to Loya. Already committed to Oregon, Hutson had 46 catches for 844 yards and 13 touchdowns last season. Hutson, who also plays cornerback, isn't afraid of contact and catches the ball well in traffic.

4. Gary Bryant Jr. — Centennial (Corona)
The 5-11, 170-pound incoming senior is gaining muscle with already blinding speed and great route-running. The top 75 national recruit overall had 40 catches for 905 yards and 11 touchdowns in 11 games last season and those figure to grow substantially this season. He has 23 college offers, but figures to pick between Pac-12 schools, or Michigan or Oklahoma.
247Sports evaluation: Is starting to fill out and has added about 12 pounds of muscle in the last year. Still lean, but with long arms and legs, looks like he could still be growing. Was always more quick than fast but has improved his long speed and has the ability to run past a secondary. Extremely polished as a route runner, natural pass catcher and dynamic with the ball in his hands.

3. Jermaine Burton — Calabasas
The 6-1, 190-pound rising senior is really a raw combination of toughness and athleticism. He recorded a 4.43-second time in the 40-yard dash and a 39-inch vertical jump. An IMG Academy transfer, Burton has 20 college offers but has committed to LSU. Watch him as an explosive kick returner as well.
247Sports evaluation: A very tough, physical player who loves to block and plays with a nice edge in his game. Has the strength to get off press and uses his body well to create separation. Very nice package of size, speed, hands and play-making ability.

2. Troy Franklin — Menlo-Atherton (Atherton)
The only incoming junior on the list, the 6-2, 180-pound 5-star recruit is ranked 12th overall from the Class of 2021. On a run-dominated team that won a state title, Franklin has 59 career catches for 1,118 yards and 19 touchdowns. He has 17 offers, including Alabama, Miami, Nebraska, Oregon and Tennessee.
The 5-star recruit dominates over smaller defensive players and at 6-6 and 225 pounds, the incoming senior towers over almost everyone. In three seasons, he's pulled down 150 passes for 2,426 yards and 35 touchdowns. He has 37 offers, but Oregon, Texas, UCLA and Washington are his top choices. He and Burton make up the best receiving duo in the country.
247Sports evaluation: He's a natural pass catcher who uses his size to box out smaller defensive backs and is close to impossible to stop in jump-ball and red-zone situations. His speed is deceptive, he has a better get-off than given credit for and has enough top-end speed to get behind a defense and make plays down the field. He's an advanced and smooth route runner as well, and does a nice job setting up a corner and creating separation.
