With a playoff win on the line, Coeur d'Alene rose to the challenge on Thursday. They secured a 53-47 W over the Borah Lions. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on 11 straight.

Coeur d'Alene found their leader in sophomore Brookeslee Colvin, who posted 28 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Colvin's evening made it seven games in a row in which she has scored at least 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexie Wheeler, who put up eight points and eight boards.

Coeur d'Alene's record is now 17-7. As for Borah, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-6.

Coming up, Coeur d'Alene won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Owyhee at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Coeur d'Alene is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.2 points per game this season. As for Borah, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll challenge Capital at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
