Volleyball Recap: Durant Triumphs

Durant hadn't done well against Edgewood-Colesburg recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Wildcats came out on top in a nail-biter against the Vikings, sneaking past 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Wildcats have posted since September 2nd.

This is the second loss in a row for Durant and nudges their season record down to 7-9. As for Edgewood-Colesburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-11.

Durant wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Louisa-Muscatine on the 29th. As for Edgewood-Colesburg, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Central City on the 30th.
