Soccer Recap: Irvington Takes a Loss

Irvington managed to keep up with Kennedy until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Vikings lost 3-0 to the Titans. Irvington have struggled against Kennedy recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Irvington's loss dropped their record down to 4-9-3. As for Kennedy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-7-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Irvington will square off against rival Moreau Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Kennedy is set to take on their familiar foe Mission San Jose at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
