There's no place like home for Dodgeland, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over the Abundant Life Challengers on Tuesday. For the Trojans, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 victory the Challengers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (98-94) Dodgeland actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 9-25, 25-16, 20-25, 15-13.

Hailey Mueller paced Dodgeland's offense, picking up 15 kills. Mueller got some help from Kayden Denure and her 21 assists. Finally, Isabelle Justmann kept Dodgeland's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Dodgeland is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-12 record this season. As for Abundant Life, with the loss, they broke their 11-match winning streak and moved their record to 31-6.

Coming up, Dodgeland will face off against Cambria-Friesland at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Abundant Life does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
