Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Olympian). They blew past the Buckley Griffins 78-45 on Saturday. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 47-23.

Olympian got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Mathew Huertas out in front who went 6 of 12 on his way to 18 points. The dominant performance gave Huertas a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nijil Sherrard, who went 5 of 11 en route to 13 points.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Olympian, bringing their record for this year to 10-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Buckley, they moved to 10-5 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Olympian has already played their next game, a 60-56 defeat against Francis Parker on the 28th. As for Buckley, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 53-34 win against Liberty Charter on the 28th.
