Softball Recap: St. Thomas Aquinas Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for St. Thomas Aquinas's offense. They came up short against the Pope John Paul II Jaguars on Tuesday, falling 11-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Falcons in their meetings with the Jaguars: they've now lost five in a row.

St. Thomas Aquinas' loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Pope John Paul II, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season.

St. Thomas Aquinas will host Northlake Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pope John Paul II, they will venture away from home to face off against Loranger at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
