Baseball Recap: Appleton West Takes a Loss

Appleton West managed to slip by Oshkosh West the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Terrors came up short against the Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 11-1. The Terrors' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Appleton West saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was William Malnar, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Appleton West's record now sits at 2-15. As for Oshkosh West, their win bumped their record up to 6-8.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Wildcats beat Appleton West by a score of 11-1 later that day.
