Blue Ridge has gone 10-0 against Berea recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Blue Ridge Fighting Tigers will square off against the Berea Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Blue Ridge has four straight wins, Berea has four straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Tuesday, Blue Ridge was able to grind out a solid victory over Seneca, taking the game 51-44.

Meanwhile, Berea played a tough match on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 91-27 defeat at the hands of Daniel. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Lions are ranked 16th).

Blue Ridge pushed their record up to 17-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.7 points per game. As for Berea, their loss dropped their record down to 8-14.

Everything came up roses for Blue Ridge against Berea in their previous meeting back in January, as the squad secured a 57-22 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Blue Ridge since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
